Labin
A beautiful town located on the Eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula. Explore the wealth of Venetian inspired palaces and ancient churches, before heading to the highest point of the hillside for a sweeping view of the coastline below.
Groznjan
Located inland, this is a tiny village that is home to an international music school. Throughout the summer months there are recitals, concerts and displays. Listen out for musicians practising as you wander the twisting streets and explore the many galleries and art shops.

Recommended routes to Croatia
Short Sea CrossingThe most direct route is to drive via Germany. Travel to Calais or Zeebrugge and stop en route at our Saarburg or Steinach sites or at an hotel. It is 990 miles from Calais to Pula and 930 miles to Porec.
By AirThere are many low-cost airlines operating routes into the Italian Adriatic. Pula is 70 miles and Porec just 42 miles from Trieste and the Italian border, or around 160 miles from Venice.
