Two cars

If you are taking two cars, there is an additional charge to pay for the second car, plus any crossing supplements.

Ferry supplements

Supplements are determined by the date of your outward/inward travel and are based on the information currently available from the ferry operators and are subject to change. Supplements will be increased if oil surcharges are imposed (including those on nil supplement crossings).

Timings

Crossing times and durations are subject to change. Exact crossing time will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Change to the vehicle

Please notify us if you change your vehicle, add roof boxes, a bike rack etc after booking.

Ferry space

The ferry supplements are calculated using low cost Tour Operator fares. Space at these fares is limited. When your requested crossing is full, we will book the nearest crossing available on Tour Operator fares.

Some members do not require a ferry?

There is no reduction for party members who do not require a ferry crossing.

Roof rack, roof box, cycle carrier

We need to know at the time of booking if you are taking a roof rack, roof box, bikes, windsurfs or anything else that means your vehicle is over height.

Over height vehicles/long vehicles

If your vehicle (including roof rack, roof box or cycle carrier) is more than 1.80m, the ferry company may make an extra charge or refuse travel. Some ferry companies also make a charge if your vehicle is over 5m long.
