France is the most visited country in the world, and for good reason. The UK’s closest neighbour is packed full of stunning sandy beaches, stylish cities, historical landmarks, and beautiful scenery, so there’s something for everyone across The Channel.
From the golden shorelines of the southern coast, to the cosmopolitan streets of Paris, to the mountainous pastures of the Pyrenees, France has it all. Looking for the ultimate family holiday to France? Strap in and head to the world-famous Disneyland theme park. Or, if a city break is more your thing, visit one of France’s many metropolises, including Paris, Toulouse, and Strasburg.
Step into history with a visit to the Normandy region. Here you’ll discover the World War II landing beaches, as well as a plethora of picturesque market towns just waiting to be explored. Venture into rural France with a family holiday to the Loire Valley or Limousin, with miles upon miles of rolling countryside, sleepy villages, and charming chateaux.
Fancy a beach break? Head to the regions of Royan, Vendee, Brittany, or Cote d’Azure and Provence to soak up those rays on sandy stretches of coastline. Or set sail east to Corsica to enjoy a range of glistening beaches, chic coastal towns, and craggy peaks. If you’re a family of skiiers, head to the French Alps for an unrivalled outdoor playground.
