Yes, we can change passenger names on your booking. There is sometimes an amendment fee. Please see our terms and conditions for further details. To make a change please call our customer care team.
Yes, we need to pass your new details to the ferry company. This may incur an amendment fee. If your new vehicle is a bigger model, the ferry company may charge a supplement.
We don’t organise transfers from the airport to the campsite however you can book these through our partner. Visit our airport transfers page for more information.
British and Irish citizens are required to have a full (10 year) passport to travel abroad. Application forms are available from the Passport Office, the post office or from the Garda (in Ireland). If you are applying for a passport for the first time, you should do this at least six weeks before your holiday.
If you are not a British or Irish citizen please check the passport and visa regulations for the countries you want to visit or travel through. Holders of non-EEC passports require a visa to visit France – this can take six weeks to obtain from the French Consulate. Please don’t forget to bring your driving licence.
You will also be required to print off your holiday voucher and present this to the campsite. The voucher will be sent via email 4-5 weeks prior to departure.
A European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) entitles you to reduced-cost medical treatment that becomes necessary while you’re in a European Economic Area (EEA) country or Switzerland. This is not a substitute for travel insurance.Information on the EHIC is available at http://www.ehic.org.uk or from your local Department of Health office. You can apply for an EHIC online or by phone on 0300 3301350.
