The minute you set foot outside the campsite, you’ll find yourself in a haven of nature. The woodland trails are a great place to hike while the River Rhine is ideal for some relaxing fishing or a kayaking trip. Many guests love to hire a bicycle and pedal around the local area.
For a trip back in time, the beautiful Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg is a fairy tale castle steeped in history and stunning architecture.
The charming cobblestones and early Renaissance architecture on display at Colmar draws many visitors each year and is within driving distance of the campsite. Spend a day here wandering the quaint streets and finding a nice place to eat.
Travel a little farther afield to the city of Strasbourg, which has many notable points of interest including Cathédrale Notre Dame de Strasbourg, the half-timbered houses of Petite-France and Parc de l'Orangerie.
