Overview of Mer Blanche
For a truly memorable holiday close to the coast in southern Brittany, Campsite Mer Blanche is a fantastic resort that nestles in 6.5 hectares of greenery in the blissful seaside commune of Bénodet. Lying 3.5km from the fabulous beaches of Finistère, the campsite is a wonderful destination for outdoor escapes with family, friends or significant others.
Fun and freedom are ensured at the onsite swimming pool complex, where holidaymakers can enjoy splashing in either the main pool or paddling pool, both of which are covered and heated. There is also a spacious outdoor pool that is accompanied by a fantastic selection of water slides, and a relaxing sun terrace.
During high season, the campsite is a hive of activity and offers a selection of sports such as football, table tennis, basketball and petanque. There is so much for children to enjoy on a stay at Mer Blanche including a vibrant Kid’s Club that features painting, treasure hunts, outdoor games and much more. There is a playground onsite, as well as other great amenities for children such as a climbing dome, bouncy castle and indoor games room.
As well as joining in the sports tournaments, adults may like to try aquatic activities in the pool such as water Aerobics. In the evening, the entertainment programme is family friendly and typically features dance parties, live music and much more.
A one-stop space for catering on the campsite, the snack bar serves light meals, cold and hot drinks, as well as a selection of sweet treats and savoury snacks. For a selection of restaurants, shops, cafes and more, holidaymakers can head to any of the nearby towns.
Occupying private and peaceful areas of the campsite, our accommodation options boast spacious living areas and nice sun decking.

Affectionately known as the Breton Riviera, the three seaside resorts of Bénodet, Fouesnant-Les Glénan and La Forêt-Fouesnant boast gorgeous beaches and lovely marinas, and are a great place to try fresh seafood.
One of the best places to soak up the culture and discover the history of the local area is Quimper, a city boasting a fantastic selection of attractions such as Saint Corentin Cathedral, Breton County Museum and the Museum of Quimper Pottery.
A highlight of a stay at Mer Blanche would be a boat trip to the stunning islands of the Glénan archipelago. Set sail from the old port of Bénodet and explore these islands that feature striking turquoise waters and brilliant golden sands.
