For lovers of history and culture there’s Casa de l’Albera, a renovated traditional house showing the history and heritage of Argelès. Other historical buildings worth a visit include the Château de Pujol and the Tour de Massane in Argelès-sur-Mer. Don’t miss the nearby charming Catalan villages, forts and towns including Villefranche de Conflent, the “fortified town”.
