A stay at the site provides campers with the chance to enjoy the nearby fine forests, the beaches on the nearby coast and the bustling port town of Royan.
The pleasant climate of the region in summer ensures that holidaymakers can enjoy the lovely swimming complex at the site, which features a heated pool, paddling pool for tots and a spacious terrace for working on the perfect tan. A few exciting activities are offered at the swimming pool area such as Aquagym sessions.
The multi-sports ground is the perfect place to challenge family and newly made friends to a few games of basketball, football or volleyball. Campers can also play table tennis and traditional French boules, as well as table football, pool and arcade games in the games room.

In July and August, the site’s bar/restaurant is open to customers, and serves up delicious cuisine made with popular local produce as well as familiar favourites and a good selection of meals for children. The convenience store onsite is open throughout the season and provides freshly baked bread and pastries as well as a good assortment of daily essentials.

The nearest town to the campsite is Royan, a lively port town with a pair of fine beaches featuring soft golden sands. Head to Plage de Foncillon and Plage de Pontaillac for sunny days by the sea before exploring the town’s attractions that include Royan Museum, Planet Exotica Reptile Park, Notre-Dame de Royan Church and Coolongalook Adventure Park.
Other interesting tourist attractions in the surrounding area include Palymre Zoo, the charming villages of Brouage and Mornac-sur-Seudre, and the troglodyte caves in Meschers-sur-Gironde.
