Camping Marina di Venezia

Camping Marina di Venezia is a superbly equipped site, one of the largest in the area. Located close to Punta Sabbioni with direct access to a sandy beach, this is an excellent location for a fun-packed family holiday. Emplacements are set amongst the shade of pine trees, away from the main facilities.

At the centre of the site is the fabulous pool complex, where you’ll find no less than six swimming pools plus a large children’s pool with fountains, all surrounded by a spacious sun terrace. If you are feeling active, there are plenty of facilities to keep you amused, including scuba diving, aqua aerobics and tennis. As evening falls, wander along the site’s beachside promenade, where you will find a choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

Local area

Marina de Venezia boasts direct access to a private sandy beach, where you will find various sporting activities, including beach volleyball and pedaloes for hire.The campsite is located close to the town of Punta Sabbioni, where there are a few shops and restaurants, and 2km from the harbour where you can catch the waterbus to Venice. In high season a frequent bus service runs between the campsite and the harbour. A day trip to Venice is not to be missed! The journey on the boat takes around 40 minutes.

Aquasplash in Ligano Sabbiadoro (1hrs drive) has plenty of exciting waterslides and large swimming pools to keep the whole family amused. Also here is the Parco Zoo Punta Verde, a zoo with a firm focus on conservation. See tigers, zebras and many species of bird in a natural habitat.
