Situated next to one of the sandy beaches of the Costa Brava coastline, Camping Bella Terra is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday.
There are two pools onsite – one for swimming and smaller one with a fountain for little ones. The area is renowned for its sunshine so pull up a lounger and relax on the poolside. Alternatively head over to the beach, just metres away to enjoy the warm sea.
From June until the end of August the campsite has a children’s club and organises activities for teenagers. A great place to make some new friends! For some family fun, hire a tennis court or try your hand at paddle or boules.
In the evening, relax at the campsite restaurant next to the pool and enjoy some traditional Mediterranean food.
The site is well situated for a day out in Barcelona – it’s just over an hour away and is definitely a city worth visiting!
The town of Blanes is a 20 minute drive away or a 30 minute walk along the coastal path and is a traditional Spanish town. It’s a popular tourist town for Spanish and Catalan looking for an escape to the coast. On the last week of July each year, a large fireworks festival is held over 8 nights. Each night sees a display by a different company and then a winner is chosen at the end of the week. It’s a great way to round off each evening of your holiday! Throughout the year, artisan markets take place and are the perfect place to pick up an authentic souvenir.
For day trips a bit further afield, Barcelona is just over an hour’s drive away. It is well worth spending a day or two soaking up the atmosphere and the gorgeous surroundings of the city. For another traditional Spanish city, Girona is around 45 minutes away and is a great city for wandering around, taking in the grand churches and medieval centre.
For a day out with a splash, nearby Parc Aquatic Waterworld should keep everyone happy!
